The seventh episode of Season 2, Episode 17 of Defending Indiana, went live on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021 and featured Chris Luchene, current Print Production Specialist at Tribune Publishing Company and former Sports Editor at multiple Midwest publications including the Post-Tribune.
Luchene and host Janice Rodriguez, were students at Indiana University when the beginning of the end of Bobby Knight years happened. As a sports reporter for the Indiana Daily Student, Luchene had unique access and insight to the issues that happened during this turbulent time. Now 20 plus years later, we look back and dissect the legend of Coach Knight and take a moment to look at this sports icon with a new lens.
